Indranil Nath, the General Secretary of NATH Coundation joins the United Nations Development / UNIFEM online Mentoring and Education Program for Girls and Young Women in Developing Countries. Many throughout the world too often comment that it is difficult to motivate girls and young women in developing countries to consider entering a career in business due to inherent cultural, economic and educational barriers. The Women with 2020 Vision iProgram is a platform to realize these difficulties and contributing to the building and assisting the women with increasing access to modern information and communication technologies is proving easier to disseminate need-to-know information to women. It is also a platform to strengthen them with information to compete in an often male-dominated business world, to match them. As a mentor said Nath, "I look forward to make them feel confident that they can be entrepreneurs, managers of businesses, successful businesswomen, and active members of society to help make the world a better place".
