The NATH Foundation is governed currently by a board of 4 trustees from around the world, part of the Nath pariwar and who are citizens of India. The trustees, as a board or through board committees, set policies relating to spending, management, governance, professional standards, investment, grant making and geographic focus. They also oversee the management, represent the foundation before the public, develop and select programs. The trustees meet three times a year for two days and travel for an additional period each year to meet grant recipients and see their work at first hand.

Kalyan (well known as Barda) is mechanical engineer by education and has been a key figure in driving values within the Nath pariwar as the eldest son of Late Sri Broja Gopal Nath and grandson of Late Sri Tustalal Nath. He is the first engineer to graduate from the Nadia District. He worked his life with a government of India undertaking organization and retired as a Chief Engineer. He is internationally traveled and have helped build steel plants in India and abroad. He is the Chairman and member of the Board of Trustees of the foundation.
Indranil Nath, MBA, PhD, FCMI (Secretary General and Chair of Projects & Fellowships)

Indranil is business leader and is on the board of management for a Fortune 100 company headquartered in the US and in advisory team of start-up in Silicon Valley. He is an active mentor with the United Nations Development / UNIFEM online Mentoring and Education Program for Girls and Young Women in Developing Countries. He is the grandson of Late Sri Broja Gopal Nath and is the eldest grandson of the pariwar. He is currently the General Secretary of the foundation.
Sumitra Nath, BCom (Hons), ACFM, MIACP, MWCR (Chair, Funds & Donations)

Sumitra is a Culinary Specialist, with staunch believer that cooking is an art, more importantly, one that emanates from the heart, She loves cooking and has under her umbrella more than 350+ original recipes, cooked and tasted by her fan in India, Japan. Her recipes are syndicated in it's website www.sumitrarecipes.com which members from all over the world. She is Managing Director of NATH Corporation Limited, Japan and is member of the Board of Trustees of the foundation.

Kalpana is an educationist and a retired school teacher, has served the poorest of the community providing education and mentoring the underprivileged Girls and Young women in West Bengal. She plays an active role and enjoys mentoring. She is member of the Board of Trustees of the foundation.
